Delete your account and data

You can use Qirsh without an account. If you did create one, you can delete it at any time:

1. Open Qirsh and go to Profile, then Account.
2. Choose Delete account & data and confirm.

After successful deletion: your account and its linked records are removed from our active database, including your subscription status, assistant usage records and cloud backup. The app asks whether to keep or erase your local budget.

Separate records: store purchases, provider logs and backups, and any records retained for support or legal duties may remain for their applicable retention periods. See the Privacy Policy. Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription or request a refund; manage these separately through the store.

If you cannot open the app, email support@qirshapp.com and ask us to delete the account. Use your account email if you can; we may need to verify your identity. Data-rights requests follow the statutory periods described in the Privacy Policy.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel renewal in your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings. For refunds, use Apple’s refund process or Google Play’s refund process. For a Google Play purchase, you can also contact us with its order reference; do not send card details. Cancellation does not automatically refund a past charge. Common questions

Do I need an account?

The core budget works on your phone without an account and without internet. An account is needed for the assistant, buying or restoring Pro, and cloud backup.

Does Qirsh read my SMS?

No. Qirsh never asks for permission to read your messages. You paste a bank message yourself, and it is read on your phone only.

Which bank messages does it understand?

Purchase messages from Al Rajhi Bank and Bank AlJazira today. You always review what Qirsh found before it is saved, and adding an expense by hand works with any bank.

Is Qirsh connected to my bank account?

No. Qirsh cannot see or move your money. It only knows what you enter or paste.

Is Qirsh financial advice?

No. Qirsh is a budgeting tool that helps you see your own numbers. It is not a licensed financial adviser.
